Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

9. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 40 days of delivery, subject to eligibility.
Replacement is our first priority whenever possible.
Products returned after 40 days are generally not accepted.
In exceptional approved cases, refunds after 40 days may be processed with an 18% deduction from the invoice amount.
