8. Returns & Replacements

Replacement priority: We will first attempt to provide a replacement product where applicable.
Return period: Returns or replacement requests should be made within 40 days from the date of purchase or delivery.
Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
After 40 days, returns may not be accepted.
In exceptional cases where a refund is approved after 40 days, up to 18% of the bill amount may be deducted towards handling, restocking, transport, and administrative charges.

Custom-made, special-order, clearance, damaged-by-customer, or installed products are generally non-returnable.

9. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.
If the order has already been packed, dispatched, or specially procured, cancellation charges may apply.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method and banking system.
